for a few years my body was sending me signals i didn't know how to read…

I was puffy-faced most mornings. Dairy sent my stomach into cramps almost immediately. I was bloated so consistently it had become my normal. I went to my doctor and came away with a name for it, IBS, and very little else.

That didn't sit right with me.

Around the same time I'd started exploring nutrition on my own. Reading, researching, connecting dots between what I was eating and how I was feeling. When I found myself with the time and space to do something about it properly, I trained as a nutrition coach. And I loved it so much I decided to go further and do a degree in nutrition.

That was the beginning of everything changing.

Now, I'm in the best shape of my life, and it feels easy in a way it never did before. The puffiness is gone. I can eat dairy, and the bloating that had just become my normal isn't there anymore.

boops exists because I wish something like it had existed for me sooner. It's a space for women who want to understand their bodies properly, not through fear but through curiosity, science and as a way of understanding themselves better.

Our promise to you is simple: you'll never find shame or rigid restriction here, only the tools to actually understand what's going on in your body and how to nourish it through nutrition.
